During this 2-hour workshop we will practice connecting with higher power, expressing the inner child or inner teen, and embodying the inner loving parent. After a meditation to guide you to connect with your higher power, loving parent, and inner child or teen, you will have 30 minutes to play, create, dance, journal or whatever else your inner child would like to do, while witnessed and affirmed by your loving parent.
