Gather starting @ 8:00 AM; walk starts @ 8:30 AM
Start/stop: Tempe Beach Park, near west parking lot

Parking: due west of Tempe Beach Park; additional parking south on Farmer Ave; or take the Light Rail to Mill Ave., then north to Tempe Beach Park.

Main route: Tempe Beach Park/south bank/Rural Rd./north bank/ Priest Dr./south bank/Tempe Beach Park (5.5 mi) – approx. 2 hours

BONUS: R/T hike: Tempe Beach Park/Tempe Butte (“A” Mountain) R/T (.8 mi) – approx. 30 min.

What to bring: Hats, water, sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes (closed toes recommended).
Snack bars and bottled water will be provided.
