General guidelines for starting and maintaining a new meeting can be found in the ACA Fellowship Text (Big Red Book), page 559.   Intergroup is here to help you with the resources necessary to get started, keep it going, and address issues that arise.  

For meeting locations that require groups to obtain liability insurance in order to rent meeting space, ACA Arizona Intergroup has recently obtained such a policy.  To have your meeting location added as Additionally Insured, please contact treasurer@aca-arizona.org.

  1. Click here to download the forms necessary to start and maintain a meeting.  Most of these documents can be personalized to fit the meeting style.
  2. Click here to register your new meeting with the WSO. Be sure to select ACA Arizona Intergroup under the Intergroup section.
  3. Click here to register your new meeting with Arizona Intergroup. You’ll need to provide your WSO meeting ID, so come back here once you have received that.
  4. Arizona Intergroup provides financial assistance new meetings in the form of a reimbursement for literature purchases. Contact us for more information.
