Read the book you brought or ask a fellow traveler to read it. If you would like to you can introduce your stuffed animal and share its history or why it is your favorite. \nValentine’s – After a brief meditation to connect with Higher Power\, Inner Loving Parent and Inner Child\, your Inner Child can make a Valentine for Inner Loving Parent and/or your Inner Loving Parent can make one for your Inner Child.
